Whether you are looking for an overnight getaway in the forest in our cozy cabin surrounded by evergreens and the sounds of the forest, or a workshop that encourages you to step out of your comfort zone through contrast therapy (hot sauna and cold plunge) and to support you every step of the way.

Rooted Woodland offer day retreats, workshops, and events to suit you and your team's needs.  They encourage you to join them to avoid burnout from the fast paced life we find ourselves in.
