Meet Brad!

A former police officer turned Florida realtor who helps Canadians find vacation properties that can make them money AND act as a vacation home.

Brad and I were neighbours for over a decade.

Our families grew a lot during that time, as Brad and his wife welcomed four boys around the same time we had our three kids. Our children spent years running back and forth between our houses until Brad’s family made the big move to Florida last year.

Brad has spent 15 years proudly serving his community as a police officer, while also building an incredibly successful real estate portfolio.

Seriously, I’ve learned so much from Brad over the years about real estate investing. I’ve never met anyone so committed and such a hustler when it comes to finding a great deal.
